How we handle bookings during inclement weather.
Your satisfaction and our technicians' safety are our top priorities. Here is how we handle weather-related issues:
Rain and Inclement Weather
If rain or other severe weather is forecasted for your scheduled wash time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We monitor the weather closely and will notify you as soon as possible if a change is needed.
Free Rescheduling
In the event of weather-related cancellations initiated by JustWashes or the technician, you will not be charged any fees. Your credits will remain in your account, and we will work with you to find a new time slot.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule due to weather, please do so through the app. Cancellations made due to weather are generally exempt from standard cancellation fees, provided they are reported as such.
Post-Wash Rain
While we cannot control the weather after a wash is completed, we strive to provide a finish that lasts. Please check our membership plans for any "Rain Check" benefits that may be included.
