Wash Cancellation Policy

Our guidelines for cancelling or rescheduling your wash.

We understand that plans can change. To help us maintain an efficient schedule for our technicians, we have the following cancellation policy:

Advanced Cancellation (More than 24 hours)

You can cancel or reschedule your wash through the app at no cost as long as it is done more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled wash may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate the technician for the lost time and opportunity.

No-Show Policy

If our technician arrives at the location and is unable to perform the wash due to the location requirements not being met or the vehicle being inaccessible, a no-show fee will be charged.

Weather-Related Exceptions

Cancellations due to inclement weather are generally exempt from late cancellation fees. Please report these through the app or contact support.
