This agreement outlines the terms for customers using the JustWashes platform to book car wash services.

1. Service Booking

By booking a wash, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your location and vehicle. You agree to ensure the location meets our service area requirements.

2. Payments

You authorize JustWashes to charge your payment method for the services booked, including any applicable subscription fees or cancellation fees.

3. Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for the condition of your vehicle. While our technicians take great care, JustWashes is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from the normal wash process on aged or compromised vehicle finishes.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to our Wash Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully to understand any potential fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your wash, please report the issue through the app within 24 hours. We will work with you and the technician to resolve the matter.
