Washer Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for professional technicians (Washers) using the JustWashes platform.

1. Relationship

Washers are independent contractors and not employees of JustWashes. You have the right to accept or decline jobs and set your own availability.

2. Obligations

You agree to provide services in a professional manner, using approved equipment and supplies. You must maintain valid auto insurance and a clean background check.

3. Payouts and Fees

JustWashes collects payments from customers and distributes payouts to Washers, minus our platform fee. Payout schedules are detailed in your technician dashboard.

4. Liability and Insurance

You are responsible for any damage caused during the provision of services. You must carry adequate insurance coverage as required by law and JustWashes policy.

5. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. JustWashes reserves the right to suspend or remove Washers who fail to meet our quality or conduct standards.
