Service Area Requirements
Ensuring a safe and efficient environment for your car wash.
To provide the best possible service, your location must meet the following requirements. If our technician arrives and determines that these requirements are not met, a cancellation fee may apply.
1. Water and Power Access
- A working water source must be available within 50 feet of the vehicle.
- A working power outlet must be available within 50 feet of the vehicle.
2. Vehicle Access
- There must be clear access to the vehicle without blocking public streets, driveways, or emergency exits.
- The vehicle should be parked in a location where the technician has enough space to work around it safely.
3. Safety
- No loose animals should be present on the property during the service.
- The area should be safe and accessible for the technician and their equipment.
4. Vehicle Locking
The vehicle must be locked for the duration of the exterior wash service. If you are unable to lock the vehicle, we cannot proceed with the wash for security reasons.
