Getting Started
JustWashes is a subscription-based mobile car wash service. We connect you with trained and background-checked technicians who come to your home and deliver affordable, convenient exterior car washes.
We currently serve in and around the Greater Atlanta area. Let us know if we don’t cover your zip code and we’ll alert you once technicians are servicing your area.
You choose a subscription cadence — Monthly, Bi-Monthly, or Quarterly — and we schedule your washes accordingly. You can choose as many washes as you’d like during a billing cycle. You're billed per vehicle, per cycle, and you can manage everything from your customer dashboard. Our subscriptions are annual commitments which allow us to manage the technician work force and keep your prices ridiculously low.
Pricing & Plans
Pricing is per vehicle per billing cycle for as many washes as you’d like: $39 for Sedans and Mid-Size SUVs, and $45 for Large SUVs and Trucks.
Yes. You can add as many vehicles as you need to your account. Each vehicle is priced individually based on its size, and credits can be used interchangeably for similar style vehicles.
We offer three cadences: Monthly (most popular), Bi-Monthly (every two months), and Quarterly (once per quarter). Each starts at 1 wash per vehicle per cycle. You can increase your cadence from your dashboard at any time.
Booking & Scheduling
After signing up, your customer dashboard shows a calendar where you can book, reschedule, or cancel washes. Select a date and time window that works for you and we'll assign a technician. Or, you can book a specific technician based on his or her availability. You'll receive a confirmation and reminder notification before your appointment.
We monitor weather conditions and will notify you if we need to reschedule due to rain or severe weather. You can also reschedule any upcoming wash due to weather from your dashboard at no charge — just try to give us a few hours' notice. Note if we attempt to reschedule and you want to keep your appointment, you’ll be charged for the wash despite any weather-related issues.
Wherever your car is parked on your property as long as it’s within 50ft of power and water hookups. Our technicians only wash the exterior of your car and will never get in or operate your vehicle. In fact, we require the car to be locked before we start service.
The Wash
Every wash covers the full exterior of your vehicle: pre-rinse, full soap scrub, wheel and rim cleaning, and a thorough rinse and dry. Our technicians follow a detailed process on every job to ensure consistent, professional results.
We use a single-bucket method with new scrubbers for each wash to minimize any risk of cross-contamination or scratching. Our technicians are trained to work carefully across all surfaces, and wheels are always cleaned last to keep grime away from your paint.
We stand behind every wash with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, report it within 48 hours of your appointment and we'll send a technician to re-wash your vehicle — completely free of charge. No hassle, no fine print. To report a concern, use the contact form in your customer dashboard or reach out to us directly within 48 hours of your wash.
Account & Billing
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations within 30 days of signing up are always penalty free.
Yes — we waive cancellation fees for subscribers experiencing genuine hardship or a change in circumstances. This includes situations such as loss of income, loss of your vehicle, or relocating outside of our current service area. Cancellations within 30 days of signing up are always penalty free. Early cancellations beyond 30 days may be subject to a cancellation penalty fee — typically equal to 50% of the remaining payments on your annual subscription. If any of these apply to you, please reach out to us directly and we'll take care of it — no questions asked.
Payment is collected securely via credit or debit card at sign-up and billed automatically each cycle. We use Stripe for secure payment processing — your card information is encrypted and never stored directly on our servers.
